Registered Biokineticist
BA Human Movement Science - Northwest University
BA (Hons) Biokinetics - Northwest University

Alison finished her honors degree for Biokinetics at the Northwest University in Potchefstroom in 2019. She completed her internship in Pretoria in 2021.

She believes that biokinetics is not just life through movement, but also a definition of hope as it can improve an individual's life quality through exercise.

She is continuing her journey as a biokineticist with her Masters Degree that is currently in progress. She also has training in First Aid and Basic Life Support.

From a young age Alison has taken interest in the sport Ringball.

After achieving her SA-colors and competing at international level, she unfortunately suffered an ACL-rupture in her right knee.

After personally undergoing physical rehabilitation and help from her family and mentours, she finally returned to this sport and achieved her SA-colors once again in 2022, strengthening her belief and proving that rehabilitation through exercise can help us get back what we believed we lost and return stronger than before.
